Job Summary
As a Liquified Natural Gas Operator I, you will be qualified in all plant operating procedures at the Liquified Natural Gas Plant. Responsibilities include troubleshooting plant systems, making control changes, conducting safety rounds, monitoring equipment, and maintaining control systems. You will assist with training other operators and perform equipment inspections and maintenance tasks. Qualifications include at least one year of operational natural gas experience, preferably in processing plants, along with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) year of operational natural gas experience
- Processing plant experience preferred
- Standard driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Electronic Instrumentation
- Demonstrated mechanical and electrical knowledge and repair abilities
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair measurement instruments and equipment
- Ability to interact positively and effectively in a team environment
