Job Summary
Execute Platform lead Engineering projects, deliver against Final Project Objectives, and perform feasibility studies for new technology initiatives. Develop, review, and analyze specifications while promoting regulatory compliance and driving technical standard adoption across the Liquids segment. Assess complex technical problems, manage supplier and consultant performance, and contribute to global program planning and scoping. Act as the go-to person for issue resolution, lead technical capability building, and influence internal and external peers through benchmarking and innovation. Requires MS in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, deep technical expertise in liquids technologies, and experience with manufacturing operations. Based in Lititz, PA with hybrid work and up to 30% regional and international travel.
Required Qualifications
- MS (Eng.)
- Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of liquids technologies (for personal care, food, chemicals or self-care)
- Experience with manufacturing operations and support
- Experience in dealing with Manufacturing plants and their organization
- Management experience in Manufacturing or Maintenance or other functions
- Operations Excellence/Lean/6-Sigma
- Proficient Knowledge of English Language
Desired Qualifications
