Required Qualifications
- Proven experience distributing Liquidity and Short‐Term Fixed Income strategies, or closely related investment products
- Demonstrated ability to build and grow a book of business through active prospecting and networking with Treasury decision‐makers
- Experience selling to Financial Institutions, including Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, and Private Equity firms, preferred
- Fluency in English
- Ability to effectively articulate and position Northern Trust Asset Management products and services
- Ability and willingness to travel on a consistent basis
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant professional qualifications such as IMC, CFA, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of institutional asset management products and liquidity solutions
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
