Job Summary
Liquidity Management Associate within the Treasury/CIO group focusing on firm-wide liquidity reporting, regulatory compliance, and implementation of liquidity frameworks. Responsibilities include overseeing US liquidity rules (US LCR, NSFR, FR 2052a reporting), managing liquidity position, liaising with regulatory agencies, developing methodologies and analytics (Excel/Tableau), collaborating with LOB Treasury and Liquidity Risk Oversight, guiding regulatory reporting changes, and leading ad-hoc regulatory initiatives. Requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/Word, ability to work independently and in teams, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Must be authorized to work in the United States with no immigration sponsorship offered.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of financial industry experience
- Very strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent collaboration, organizational and execution skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and bring tasks to closure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to present information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight but who can also be an effective team member
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Knowledge of Tableau, Snowflake, or similar analytical software is desired
