Job Summary
Lead solutioning for on/off balance sheet deposit and investment products, while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients’ needs and objectives. Serve as a subject matter expert and consultative resource with Payment Sales Managers, Bankers, and clients to determine optimal product mix and deposit rates. Own evaluation of deposit opportunities, pricing approvals and governance framework. Drive deposit strategy in evolving rate environment & incorporate firmwide balance sheet objectives to maximize NII. Educate and train coverage teams on deposit & investment product positioning, pricing philosophy, interest rate and macro trends. Share and solicit feedback on competitor offerings and industry trends to refine JPM’s Liquidity go-to-market approach. Provide market insights and industry outreach to support client engagement across industries, markets, and regions. Manage key initiatives for Payments Sales and Banker management teams to maximize client and portfolio profitability and strengthen relationships. Engage with client teams to understand pain points and refine solutions while conveying critical client feedback to Product teams to inform the roadmap. Collaborate with Portfolio Management and Deposit Product Management to monitor deposit trends, customer behavior, and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in treasury, treasury services, banking, liquidity product and/or investment management
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast-pace environment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, proven ability to present findings in concise manner
- Demonstrated success interfacing with clients/stakeholders (external/internal)
- Ability to support/engage with senior management on high priority strategic projects
- Work well with cross-functional partners and in a dynamic environment
