Job Summary
Perform equipment and area cleaning following current SOPs, including set-up of crimping, shrink-seal, labeling, and packaging machinery. Conduct bottle cap off-torque inspection, prepare bottles and caps using autoclave and dry heat oven, and assemble boxes for packaging. Move finished product into quarantine storage and ensure all logbooks and batch records are completed accurately. Maintain safe work environments by complying with cGMP, cGMP, and safety guidelines while managing inventory transactions. Review schedules for material staging and suggest changes to departmental SOPs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good work history
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- General education (High School)
- Knowledge of Metric System
- Ability to understand current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Must be available for 5 am-1:30pm shift
- Must be located in Santa Ana, California or willing to relocate to US headquarters
