Job Summary
Thermal Team Member at Vertiv focusing on development and enhancement of maintenance services for cooling applications in high-computing AI-driven data center environments. Responsibilities include researching and integrating emerging technologies (predictive analytics, IoT), piloting new solutions with regional service teams, collaborating with internal and external partners to advance technology readiness, contributing to strategic roadmaps, gathering customer feedback for service improvements, participating in innovation systems, and promoting a customer-centric service delivery mindset while maintaining regulatory awareness and driving operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field) preferred
- 3+ years of experience in thermal systems, cooling applications, or UPS maintenance (data center or telecom environments preferred)
- Familiarity with innovation methodologies (design thinking, lean startup, agile)
- Technical knowledge relevant to data centers, telecommunications, and power/cooling infrastructure
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, global team environment
