Job Summary

Develop CAD layouts and shop drawings for technical and facility water systems, translating engineering concepts into accurate, buildable design documentation for sales and procurement teams. Review drawings to ensure alignment with project standards, maintain version control, and coordinate with manufacturing and field teams to support installation activities. Resolve design issues by updating drawings based on field conditions while adhering to compliance policies and contractual obligations. Identify opportunities to improve design workflows and support the implementation of new drafting tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in CAD drafting, engineering, or related roles
  • Familiarity with 2D layouts, shop drawings, and technical documentation development
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop customized technical
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam and Autodesk systems
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, or data center environments
