Job Summary
Manage material procurement and inventory accuracy for liquid cooling offerings by coordinating purchasing activities, forecasting production needs, and analyzing cost drivers to secure competitive pricing. Resolve supplier-related issues, monitor vendor performance, and recommend strategies to reduce material obsolescence while ensuring compliance with Kingspan Group policies and market regulations. Collaborate with production, engineering, and commercial teams to align supply with customer demand and maintain operational performance. Occasional travel to suppliers or facilities as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related functions
- Knowledge of purchasing processes, sourcing, supplier negotiation, and cost drivers
- Experience with material management, inventory control, and MRP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams) and related systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Occasional travel to suppliers or facilities as required
- Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy
- Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands
- Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System
- Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of post-offer requirements, including a background check and drug screening
