Job Summary
Liquid Biopsy Sales Specialist drives commercial adoption of liquid biopsy solutions within an assigned territory by developing and executing strategic sales plans, building relationships with oncologists and healthcare providers, and consulting on competitive advantages of the offerings. Partners with regional sales teams to support market adoption—from driving product launches to capturing market share—while delivering revenue growth. The role involves navigating complex buying processes, leveraging an established network of oncology contacts, and maintaining a high level of collaboration across a matrixed sales organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of sales experience within liquid biopsy, oncology, or molecular diagnostics markets
- Knowledge and understanding of liquid biopsy and oncology markets
- Established network of oncologist and physician contacts within major cancer centers, health systems, and hospitals within the territory
- Able to build strong client relationships and navigate complex buying processes
- Hunter sales mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Works well with others in a matrixed sales environment
- Up to 75% travel; home-office based
