Job Summary
Liquefied Natural Gas Process/Project Engineer responsible for supporting methane liquefaction infrastructure and natural gas pipeline design projects. Roles include engineering and project management support, coordinating with internal multidisciplinary teams and EPC firms, managing third-party contractors and vendors, overseeing project execution from concept to commissioning, applying liquefaction process knowledge to optimize design, and ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards. Preferred experience includes cryogenic thermodynamics, heat exchangers, compressors/expanders, LNG plant operations, process simulation tools (Aspen, HYSYS, ProMax), and strong communication for cross-functional collaboration. ITAR compliance required; occasional travel to launch sites up to 15% and ability to work extended hours; physical requirements and safety considerations noted.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, or petroleum engineering
- 3+ years of relevant experience in LNG processing, cryogenics, or natural gas industry
