Job Summary
Implement and maintain IT systems by managing infrastructure, monitoring operations, and resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 escalation tickets for client/server/storage/network devices. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Linux, Unix, and Windows environments while configuring network components and optimizing system capacity. Provide detailed analysis and status updates to agency management and internal customers, ensuring full involvement in the resolution of dispatch system and hardware problems.
Required Qualifications
- A current and active TS/SCI clearance with a MD Polygraph
- No CCA's
- Full-time position
- Work performed at a customer location
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- Ten (10) years' experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
- Five (5) years of additional SA experience (substitutable for a bachelor's degree)
- DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level I or higher
- System Administration experience with CentOS 7, Rocky 9, and RHEL 9
- Experience upgrading servers, workstations, laptops
- Experience with the Customer Secure the Enterprise (STE) tasks
- Experience with the Customer data transfer process
- Hardware installation experience (servers/workstations)
- Linux experience
Desired Qualifications
- Task Automation
- Ansible experience
- PXE boot
- Building VMs using Proxmox
- Identity Manager (IDM) experience
- Integration of IDM with a CentOS LDAP server
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator
- Experience trouble shooting and configuring Transport Layer Security (TLS)
- Windows 10/11 administration
- Linux networking experience
