Job Summary
Monitor Linux systems and applications, manage data backups, and execute disaster recovery tests while analyzing and resolving issues. Continuously optimize security and performance, and contribute to process automation and system lifecycle management. Collaborate closely with internal software development and DevOps teams. After approximately six months, join the 24/7 on-call rotation. This role involves two-thirds hands-on work and one-third project management or interface work within a team of eight.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (HTL/FH/Universität)
- Berufserfahrung im Linux Server-, Netzwerk- und Datenbankumfeld
- Bereitschaft, neue IT Systeme zu planen, aufzubauen und effizient zu betreiben
- Fundierte Linux-Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit Tools und Systemen wie Ansible, Docker/Podman, OpenShift, Satellite, Apache, Oracle, Jira sowie Confluence
- Präzise, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Lernbereitschaft
- Sorgfältige und ausgeprägte Dokumentationsdisziplin
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
