Linux System Administrator (m/w/d)

Job Summary
Oversee operation, maintenance and development of Linux-based infrastructure in cloud and edge devices in a clinical environment; provide 2nd/3rd-level incident response and troubleshooting; manage IoT/edge devices in hospital networks; configure and maintain network infrastructure (VPN, firewalls, VLANs) with clinical security considerations; handle patch and update management for servers and embedded systems; document configurations, processes and changes; collaborate with development teams on deployment and infrastructure topics.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional Linux system administration experience
- Strong Debian/Ubuntu administration
- Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall)
- Scripting and automation experience (Bash, Python or Ansible)
- Experience with IoT or Embedded-Linux
- Understanding of IT security and system hardening
- Structured, autonomous working style and willingness to document
