Job Summary
Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems while managing daily configuration and operation of client/server/storage/network devices. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution for users accessing IT systems, including assistance with upgrading servers, workstations, and laptops. Monitor system operations, optimize resource utilization, perform capacity analysis, and handle Customer Secure the Enterprise tasks. Escalate status and communicate issues to agency management and internal customers. Requires Active TS/SCI clearance with full scope polygraph and five years of system administration experience.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) years of experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years of additional SA experience
- System Administration experience with CentOS 7, Rocky 9, and RHEL 9
- Upgrading servers, workstations, and laptops
- Experience with the Customer Secure the Enterprise (STE) tasks
- Experience with the Customer data transfer process
- Hardware installation experience (servers/workstations)
- Linux
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph
