Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale Ansible automation frameworks for Linux environments across development, testing, and production. Create reusable playbooks, roles, and collections to automate provisioning, configuration management, application deployment, and OS lifecycle management. Optimize performance for large-scale deployments while managing inventories, variables, templates, and execution environments. Troubleshoot complex automation failures and maintain version-controlled automation using Git. Requires 6-8 years of Linux infrastructure automation experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Candidates should possess RHCE or Red Hat Certified Specialist in Managing Automation with Ansible Automation Platform certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 6 - 8 years of experience in Linux infrastructure automation and system administration
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Ansible automation frameworks
- Develop reusable playbooks, roles, collections, and modules following best practices
- Build scalable, idempotent automation for provisioning, configuration management, application deployment, and OS lifecycle management
- Automate software installation, upgrades, patching, and rollback processes
- Manage Ansible inventories, variables, templates, Ansible Vault, and execution environments
- Optimize Ansible performance for large-scale deployments across hundreds of Linux systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation failures
- Maintain version-controlled automation using Git
