Job Summary
Manage, configure, and optimize Linux servers while designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate infrastructure provisioning. Build and manage cloud environments on AWS, Azure, or GCP, implementing scalable, secure, and cost-optimized architectures with containerization and orchestration. Ensure system stability through monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions, and participate in on-call rotation for incident response. Mentor junior engineers in Linux and DevOps best practices while collaborating with developers to optimize build and release processes. Document architecture, processes, and operational run books to support compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on Linux systems administration experience
- Proven expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Strong experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
- Skilled with modern pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or equivalent)
- Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and microservices deployment
- Strong in Bash, Python, or Go for automation
- Solid understanding of firewalls, VPNs, DNS, SSL/TLS, and load balancing
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack, or Datadog
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
Desired Qualifications

- Experience with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd) and observability practices
- Familiarity with high-availability architectures and disaster recovery planning
- Exposure to database administration (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis)
- Previous leadership or mentorship experience
- Contributions to open-source DevOps/Linux communities
- Relevant certifications (RHCE, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA/CKAD, etc.) are highly desirable
