Job Summary
Rack, stack, configure, and commission servers, nodes, and networking equipment at client locations while resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Perform real-time troubleshooting and servicing for servers, desktops, and network systems, including installing patches, managing antivirus, and executing daily backups. Update hardware and software packages, remove malware, monitor system backups, and prevent data corruption. Handle in-house IT maintenance, compare server specifications against tender requirements, and prepare compliance statements. Maintain strong customer relations to ensure smooth site operations and motivate clients regarding business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Work experience with Linux as an Administrator
- able to work independently at client location
- Rack & Stack, Installation, Configuration, Commissioning and connectivity of Servers &Nodes
- Windows Operating System
- Redhat Linux
- Resolving of Networking, Servers & Node related problems
- Real time trouble shooting & Servicing of Servers, Desktops & Networking
- Installing, configuring & updating of software patches
- Antivirus
- MS Outlook/Outlook express
- Day to Day Backups
- Handling of In house (At Office) IT Maintenance
- Comparison of Server Specifications with Tender Specification
- Preparation of Compliance Statement
- Identifying Model of the Server/Desktops based on customer tender specification
