Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Linux Administrator to manage Linux, Unix, and Windows systems. Responsibilities include incident management, security compliance, and infrastructure optimization. Hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT across a broad range of technologies
- Specific experience in server and storage infrastructure technologies
- Knowledge of Linux, primarily Redhat Linux 7, 8, and 9
- Experience with disk storage management and virtualization technologies, preferably VMware ESX servers
- On-call coverage experience.
- Troubleshooting skills for OS, hardware, and storage issues
- Experience driving incident calls and working with enterprise-level customers and app teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with shell scripting, Python, and coding in Node or Angular
- Experience with Veritas products like Storage Foundation/Veritas Cluster Server
- Experience with Windows, VMware, and Oracle Logical Volume Manager (OLVM)
- Experience with storage subsystems and SAN/NAS/CAS infrastructure
