Maintain DoD STIG compliant images and provide Tier II engineering support for development, testing, and production environments. Manage full life cycle support for AWS GovCloud and on-premised systems while reviewing system performance for mission applications. Monitor the environment to ensure customer requirements are met and coordinate problem resolution with customers, teammates, and vendors. Implement and maintain cybersecurity compliance vulnerability mitigations, perform interface administration including sFTP and shell scripting, and support maintenance scripting in Shell and Perl. Evaluate new and existing software and hardware to recommend changes, providing management with project status updates.
