Job Summary
Answer phones promptly and professionally to generate resident leads, present apartment units and community amenities to prospective residents, and process resident applications. Prepare leases and lease renewals while developing and maintaining community relationships. Serve as the main point-of-contact for the community clubhouse by greeting residents and guests, answering incoming calls, and managing the cleanliness of clubhouse amenities. Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled. Living on-site with a rent discount is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Persuasive marketing and sales techniques
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Yardi experience preferred
- Past leasing experience preferred
