Job Summary
Maintenance Technician for Links at Oxford Apartments. You will respond to resident maintenance requests, perform preventative maintenance and general repairs (painting, drywall, lighting, basic carpentry), clean and maintain apartments and community spaces, conduct routine property inspections, move furniture/equipment, and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies. Schedule includes weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as needed. HVAC or CPO certification is a plus; all applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screening and must have a valid driver’s license. On-site living is provided with a generous apartment rent discount.
