Job Summary
Manage inbound calls and handle customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints while adhering to communication procedures and policies. Assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction, research information to clarify details, and resolve issues within time limits by offering appropriate solutions and follow-ups. Prioritize tasks effectively to handle administrative requests from managers and adapt to different customer interactions in a fast-paced environment. This fully remote, year-round position requires flexible hours including Saturdays and Sundays from 7am to 6pm, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Communication skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills
- Active listening
- Dependability
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends
- Must be able to work minimum 20 hours per week
- Must be able to work every Saturday and Sunday (8 hour shifts)
- Shifts run from 7am-6pm
