Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate crew activities for all phases of municipal sanitary sewer trenchless rehabilitation projects, ensuring work meets safety policies, contract specifications, and engineering schedules. Manage material ordering and inventory while tracking production during the bidding phase. Operate heavy machinery and manage approximately 50% overnight travel, including weekends. Requires CIPP experience, a commercial driver's license, and strong mechanical and electrical backgrounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) experience
- 3+ years of foreman/supervisory experience
- More than 3 years of heavy construction experience
- Ability to operate machinery
- Commercial driver's license (B) or eligibility to attain one
- Strong mechanical background
- Strong electrical background
- Knowledge of traffic plans
- Approximately 50% overnight travel
- Some weekends travel

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with sub-contractors, field inspectors, project managers, crews, etc.
