Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate crew activities for all phases of pipe rehabilitation projects, ensuring work meets safety policies and contract specifications. Interface with engineering staff on scheduling and material ordering, while tracking production through feedback in the bidding phase. Operate machinery with a commercial driver's license, managing approximately 50% overnight travel including weekends. Requires 3+ years of foreman experience in CIPP, heavy construction, and electrical/traffic plan knowledge. Full benefits, $35/hr, Louisville, KY.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) experience
- 3+ years of foreman/supervisory experience
- More than 3 years of heavy construction experience
- Ability to operate machinery
- Commercial driver's license (B) or eligibility to attain one
- Strong mechanical background
- Strong electrical background
- Knowledge of traffic plans
- Approximately 50% overnight travel
- Some weekends
