Job Summary
Deliver clean linen carts to the floor, pick up dirty linen, and ensure inventory levels are sufficient. Maintain all linen records for reporting and accountability while utilizing a hand-held scanner to issue and track inventory in the computerized system. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to read and follow written and oral instructions. Works 11:00pm to 7:30am, including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education (GED) or post-secondary education or (1) one year work experience
- Weekend Requirements: Yes
- Work Hours: 11:00pm-7:30am

- Basic knowledge in use of computers and ability to learn appropriate software applications
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate computerized inventory system
- Ability to use hand-held scanner to issue and track inventory
- Able to react calmly under stressful conditions
- Able to relate cooperatively and constructively with clients and co-work complex problems
- Ability to work independently, using judgment and problem-solving skills as necessary to resolve customer service issues, order discrepancies, and as otherwise necessary in the performance of duties
