Job Summary
Deliver clean linens, towels, and supplies to guest rooms while restocking housekeeping carts and managing inventory. Clean and maintain public areas including corridors, elevators, and lobbies; empty trash and ensure assigned zones remain sanitary. Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner. Support the team with special projects and deep cleaning tasks while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
