Job Summary
Conduct cleaning and maintenance of exterior areas including guest entrances and loading bays. Oversee daily delivery and collection of linen and terry, while stocking supplies on guest floors and in stores. Ensure guest floors remain clean and well maintained, and assist with other housekeeping tasks as required. Adhere to Health and Safety standards, report breaches to the Head Housekeeper, and handle cleaning materials in compliance with COSHH regulations. Attend all required training sessions and provide a friendly, responsive customer service level. Maintain a positive attitude while solving challenges and building relationships with colleagues and guests. Work in a fast-paced environment within TRIBE's innovative London hotel concept.
