Job Summary
Linen Porter at Soho House responsible for distributing clean linen, towels, robes, and other items across guest rooms, spa, gym, and changing areas; collecting soiled linen for laundry; maintaining orderly linen storage; checking deliveries for accuracy/quality; supporting housekeeping and spa during peak periods; assisting with stock counts and reporting linen usage. Requires up to 2 years’ experience in a busy venue, reliability, strong service orientation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with health & safety and manual handling procedures and the ability to respond promptly to urgent linen requests.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry, or porter role (preferably in hospitality or wellness)
- Good physical fitness; ability to lift and move laundry loads safely
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- A reliable, positive, and proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic English communication skills
