Job Summary
Stock linen carts to par levels and deliver clean linens to hospital departments. Pick up soiled linen from floors and align stage carts as needed. Fill orders from hospital staff and open new linen for processing. Sweep and mop the linen room when necessary. Adhere to all safety procedures, universal precautions, and company policies. Maintain a neat uniform appearance and clock in/out within five minutes of scheduled times. Notify the manager of any daily absences.
Required Qualifications
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and possibly holidays
- Pass a background check
- Be able to lift 50 lbs
- Be able to push/pull a wheeled cart of 650 lbs
