Job Summary
Greet passengers and crew upon arrival, then coordinate with coworkers, clients, and vendors to provide ground services for general aviation aircraft, including fueling, lavatory, ground power, potable water services, and catering delivery. Perform marshalling, towing, and positioning of aircraft on the ramp and in hangars while maintaining safe, clean, and secure operations. Execute fuel movement quality control, disposal, and paperwork, and drive a shuttle vehicle with passengers. Conduct daily check and upkeep of crew cars and vehicles, and attend monthly crew meetings and annual re-current training. This role involves working outside in all weather conditions with shift work including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle
- Requires clean driving record
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Zero tolerance drug free employer includes pre-employment and random screening
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience in the service industry preferred
- Prior aircraft ground handling experience a plus
- Bi-lingual preferred
- Customer focus-naturally outgoing/extroverted
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft office products
- Basic mathematical knowledge
