Job Summary
To serve our customers by safely and efficiently transporting product from the warehouse by driving a tractor-trailer to various destination points according to customer invoices and company standards. Long-haul Linehaul position travels to PA, FL, OH and a few other states and will be out 2 to 3 days at a time minimum; responsibilities include safe transport, load/unload per specifications, accurate paperwork (DOT logs, inspections, maintenance reports, bill of ladings), adherence to food safety protocols, maintaining equipment, building customer relationships, and communicating route or vehicle issues to management. The role requires operating a 3-axle tractor with a 45’–48’ trailer and may involve overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED/equivalent degree, plus 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience preferred.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
- Must be insurable to operate a vehicle as a condition of employment.
