Job Summary
Fabricate linear energetic products using machinery and tools per manufacturing instructions. Operate equipment to load, swage, draw, form, extrude, braid, clean, measure, cut, sample, spool, coil, and pack the product. Maintain quality and accuracy standards while adhering to safety protocols. Work the second shift in a Simsbury, CT location, lifting up to 50 pounds consistently. Pass aptitude and competency tests; high school diploma and one year of applicable experience required. Background in 5S/Lean Manufacturing principles preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass aptitude test
- Must be able to pass company administered competency test
- High School diploma
- Minimum of 1 year of applicable work experience
- Ability to read and understand written instructions in English
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a consistent basis
