Job Summary
Mark product bins, cages, and carts with identifying code information and document all production-related activities in the Product Traceability Computer System. Lift 30-40 lbs frequently while pushing and pulling fully loaded meat cages and product bins. Maintain a neat, clean, and hazard-free work area while following all health, safety, and hygiene procedures. Provide consistent and reliable attendance, demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Assist in any department when assistance is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be capable of lifting 30-40 lbs. frequently, in addition to pushing/pulling fully loaded meat cages & product bins.
- Consistent & reliable attendance.
- The ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- A good understanding of health and safety and basic hygiene rules.
- Good powers of observation to spot problems with produce the ability to maintain.
- Concentration for repetitive tasks.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good teamwork skills, the ability to work alone, and a willingness to work flexibly.
