Job Summary
Pack, sort, and stack products throughout the shift while validating production, labeling, and packaging operations. Operate RF scanners to assist with inventories per customer or management request and ensure accuracy of product codes. Continually seek out and remove risks by reporting safety, quality, near misses, accidents, mistakes, and product damages according to established processes. Comply with OSHA, ISO, and company standards while maintaining a safe work environment where people can grow and develop. Work at a pace to achieve production and quality goals, balancing immediate and long-term priorities to optimize resource allocation.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma, G.E.D or equivalent
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to work well with others
- Possess basic math skills
- At least 18 years of age
- US Citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the US on an unrestricted basis
- Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arm's length, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch for an extended period of time
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Ability to do repetitive motions including typing for several hours
- Walk on concrete floors for extended periods while in the co-packaging facility
- Ability to work and operate in a non-climate-controlled environment
