Job Summary
Provide instruction to operators through classroom and hands-on training, teaching fundamental technical skills for working in identified processes and inspections. Support the improvement of new and existing training materials while building trusting relationships with Line Leaders, supervisors, and managers. Ensure timely and accurate entry of operator data and completion of paperwork to meet organizational and funder requirements. Actively participate in meetings for operator support, organizational information, and training updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or associate degree
- At least 2 years' experience as a technical trainer, training specialist, or a similar role
- Expert & certified Buddy Trainer
- Strong working knowledge in FPC/Assembly
- Advanced technical skills in e-learning and mobile training
- Strong teaching and mentoring experience
- Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
