Job Summary
Conduct direct intervention with children who have autism in their home, implementing evidence-based strategies from the Individual Treatment Plan. Deliver daily activities including PRT, DTI, arts and crafts, cooperative play, meals, and community outings while recording data on the customer's data form. Report progress, concerns, and issues regarding the family, customer, or team to the supervisor and Interventionist. Work between 20 and 25 hours weekly to support all program goals.
Required Qualifications
- Experience implementing evidence-based intervention strategies
- Ability to work directly with children who have autism
- Ability to follow a rotation and/or individualized schedule
- Ability to work between 20 and 25 hours per week
- Ability to work in a customer's home
- Ability to record data according to an Individual Treatment Plan (ITP)
- Ability to report issues and/or concerns relating to family, customer, or team to a supervisor
- Ability to report progress and/or concerns to an Interventionist
