Job Summary
Line Services Technician position responsible for fueling, aircraft de-icing, and ramp operations including directing aircraft/vehicular traffic, servicing fuel trucks and ground support vehicles, cleaning aircraft, and performing related duties such as lavatory service, luggage handling, and general ground/airside support. Responsibilities include safety-compliant fueling and de-icing, operating and maintaining fueling equipment, performing preloading and quality control inspections, groundskeeping and janitorial tasks, and ensuring adherence to FAA, state and local safety policies. Requires strong communication, ability to work varied shifts (including swing/ graveyard), willingness to work outdoors in all weather, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs; must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be authorized to work in the U.S. EEO/AA.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 years related aviation experience preferred
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug test
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate and maintain ground support equipment
- Ability to push/pull/lift 70 lbs
- Ability to work varied hours including swing and graveyard shifts and weekends/holidays
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather and airport environment
