Job Summary
Check all product and components for accuracy, assign work areas to packagers, and complete line paperwork. Calculate hour efficiency, adjust the line as needed, and verify finished goods quality while requesting maintenance for machinery issues. Ensure the line is cleaned between jobs and at shift end, communicating problems to the Shift Supervisor and adapting to changes while maintaining productivity under safety, quality, and GMP practices. Must be willing to work overtime and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reading, writing and speaking English
- Ability to work and adapt in a diverse environment where multiple languages are spoken
- Must be willing to work overtime & weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree
- Prior working experience as a supervisor, leader or trainer
- 2-4 yrs of previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good organizational skills and mathematical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible, spontaneous, and fast-moving in an always-changing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
