Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day management of the line store, ensuring parts availability aligns with maintenance planning and aircraft release schedules. Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems, manage receipt and issue of aviation parts, and lead cycle counting programs to sustain inventory accuracy targets. Lead a team of store personnel, drive inventory optimization, and ensure full compliance with aviation regulatory frameworks while managing supplier relationships. This Sanford, Florida role supports on-time aircraft release and cost performance. Flexjet seeks a manager with at least five years in warehousing and logistics, including experience in regulated environments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in warehousing and logistics
- Demonstrated experience managing stores operations within a regulated environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to produce clear operational reports and briefs
- High-level analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make sound decisions under operational pressure
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Integrity and commitment to safety culture, compliance, and ethical conduct
- Must be available for the Sanford, Florida location
Desired Qualifications
- Aviation stores, parts management, or MRO logistics experience
