Job Summary
Ensure part production in respect to safety, quality, schedule, cost and volume. Responsibilities include line setting and tuning to meet defined quality standards, leading safety and quality conformity actions, conducting changeovers to reduce downtime, and filling QRAP with safety and quality concerns. Must maintain 5S standards, train new setters, and communicate technical issues to supervisors. Requires understanding of first and second level maintenance and the application of corrective actions. Strong emphasis on continuous improvement and collaboration in a diverse, global company committed to sustainable development.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments
- Knowledge of safety, quality and maintenance standards
- Ability to lead safety conformity actions
- Experience working with production equipment
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies like 5 Why
- Proficient in filling maintenance intervention requests
- Ability to analyze defects and lead corrective actions
