Job Summary
Line Service Technician (LST) at Cutter Aviation provides ramp-side customer service and operational support, including fueling aircraft, fueling trucks operation, stacking/transfer of luggage, towing aircraft, and assisting passengers/pilots with needs while ensuring compliance with FAA/TSA rules. Responsibilities include handling work orders, reading instructions, moving liquids into storage, recording units moved, and performing airfield management tasks such as escorting personnel across the airfield and coordinating with customers to upsell services. Requires physical ability to lift 50 lbs, basic computer skills, team orientation, strong customer service, and the ability to work outdoors in varied conditions. Preference for candidates with FBO experience; must pass background check and drug screening; professional appearance and strong communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications

- Desire to be part of a team. Able to develop a friendly rapport.
- Preference given to candidates with one or more years’ experience working at an FBO.
- Ability to work outdoors in various conditions including heat, rain, dust, noise, and cold.
