Line Service Technician

Job Summary
The Line Service Technician is responsible for towing, refueling, and servicing aircraft while ensuring safety and adherence to company procedures. This includes operating Ground Support Equipment (GSE), maintaining cleanliness in work areas, and assisting in customer engagement during arrivals and departures. Essential duties involve refueling aircraft, monitoring flight conditions, performing OJT for new representatives, and maintaining fuel inventory. Candidates must possess relevant certifications and are expected to handle physical demands including lifting heavy objects and working in varying environmental conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Licenses/Certificates: Man-lift and Forklift Certification
- Tow qualified; NATA Safety 1 Certification; eligible for Airline Fueling Certification and required FAA/TSA Certifications
- Meets TSA security requirements; valid driver's license and acceptable driving record;
- Respirator fit eligible
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States, must provide two forms of Federal Identification
- Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check prior to employment
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of an Associate Degree in Aviation or a related field is desirable
- Candidates with Line Service experience will be given preference
Additional Requirements
- Must be available for all shifts
- Variable work week to include days, nights, weekends, holidays
- Regularly scheduled attendance required
