Job Summary
Line Service Technician at Ascension FBO providing aviation ground services to arriving and departing aircraft and customer service for crew and passengers. Responsibilities include fueling, towing, wing walking, marshal/greet aircraft, equipment and facilities inspections, ramp and hangar upkeep, documenting findings, handling customer feedback, and performing lawn care and janitorial tasks. Maintain safety and quality by participating in training, following procedures, reporting hazards, and initiating emergency/incident responses; overtime and weekend hours may be required. Requires strong customer relations, organization, verbal and written communication, basic math, and valid driver’s license with potential CDL requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Excellent customer relation skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to write legibly
- Basic math skills
- Possess and maintain valid state driver’s license
- May be required to maintain a valid state commercial driver’s license (CDL) and certification requirements for operating material handling equipment as necessary
- Stable job history
