Line Server at Salsaritas ( Concord Mills)

Serve food quickly and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality and presentation standards, ensuring all items meet health and safety standards before being served. Work closely with kitchen staff to guarantee accurate and timely food orders, assist with food prep and plating, and ensure the serving line and surrounding area remain clean and organized. Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive, friendly attitude and communicate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service. Assist with general restaurant duties, including cleaning and stocking as required. This role requires previous experience in food service, the ability to work in a high-speed environment, and availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
