Job Summary
Ensure the packaging line is set up and runs productively following all SOPs and cGMPs. Check bulk and packaging components before start-up, clean and organize the line, and verify no machines are left unattended. Complete appropriate paperwork and maintain accurate data entry in all packaging log books. Participate in training new line attendants and comply with GMP requirements through on-the-job instruction. Work Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in a physically challenging environment with exposure to powders, chemicals, and allergens.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Prior manufacturing or packaging experience
- Ability to read and write simple correspondence in English
- Bi-lingual
- Basic mathematical skills
- Must be able to respond to verbal and written instruction
- Must comply with GMP requirements
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Ability to work in a physically challenging environment, including bending, twisting, and standing for up to 8 hours
- Must be able to successfully clear drug screening processes
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- Prior manufacturing or packaging experience preferred
- Ability to read and write simple correspondence in English
- Bi-lingual is a plus
