Job Summary

Control product quality on the line by monitoring control points, collecting samples per the QC plan, and logging all data accurately. Act on non-conformances and out-of-specifications immediately, reporting them to the line manager, QA, and shift manager while ensuring relevant paperwork is signed off. Lead the team to achieve quality targets, maintain GMP standards, and ensure food safety is never compromised in the wet, fast-paced manufacturing environment. Plan daily routines around production changes and attend weekly team briefs and taste panels to drive efficiency and reduce wastage.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be able to stand for hours with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
