Job Summary
Conduct daily line quality assurance and process audits for casting and forging machining operations. Perform inward inspections, root cause analysis, and risk management while managing customer complaints and supplier QA. Execute quality training, quality circle initiatives, and apply 7 QC tools, Poka-Yoke, and Kaizen methodologies. Ensure compliance with IATF, ISO, and EHS standards through internal auditing and customer requirement handling. Requires DME/BE Mechanical degree, strong NPD/APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC knowledge, and comfort working in 3 shifts.
