Job Summary
Line Producer at One of Us (VFX) responsible for planning and supervising production schedules across multiple departments, coordinating with Directors, Editors, VFX Supervisors and Producers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Manages dailies, rounds, notes, and information flow; maintains the production database with daily updates; communicates status clearly to crew; anticipates and resolves issues with Producers and Supervisors; oversees client deliveries for temps and finals; collaborates with Editorial and other support departments; demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and team-work skills; requires experience at Senior VFX Coordinator or Production Manager level and knowledge of Shotgun, Linux, Avid, and MS Office; hybrid working arrangements in London and Paris.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience at Senior VFX Coordinator or Production Manager level
- Highly organised with first-class time/project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The proven ability to prioritise conflicting tasks
- The ability to remain calm and confident in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work within a team towards a common goal
- An in-depth understanding of live-action and CG based VFX workflows
- An in-depth understanding of common file formats and resolutions
- Knowledge of production database tools e.g. Shotgun
- A good knowledge of MS Office packages
- Previous scheduling experience
- Basic Linux skills
- Basic Avid/editorial knowledge
- Lateral thinking skills
