Job Summary
Load and unload product and tooling from the overhead conveyor line, inspect parts for defects, and assemble products while performing quality tests. Mask and plug parts according to the bill of materials and shop drawings, then assist with output, quality, and productivity metrics. Complete ERP transactions, perform end-of-line inspections, and package, label, and palletize finished goods for assembly or shipping. Identify improvements to line density and capacity, execute preventative maintenance, and provide backup support to Paint Technicians and Material Handlers. Offer suggestions to enhance work instructions and assist in training new team members to ensure assignments align with overall job objectives.
